The pit seats were advertised to a select group of ticket holders that their place would be held in line according to numbers on the wristbands, while other ticket holders were not made aware of the same info and waited all day to hold their place in line. Once inside, the numbers on the wristband are irrelevant as you are dispersed. The line to enter was not covered, and therefore it was hot and rainy all day, while others went home and came back. Additionally, it was very unorganized with the event. I received different info from a few of the staff, no one was on the same page or knew what was going on. In fact, one man admitted they messed up with the wristbands. Very disappointing for a first time experience at the arena and floor seats."
